South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun lead Wednesday a special ceremony to mark the 55th Armed Forces Day at the Sungnam military airport in the Seoul suburbs. In his speech at the ceremony Roh said that South Korea needed to feel confident that tension over North Korea's controversy-stirring nuclear ambitions would be resolved peacefully.
